While being home this last year, I have been looking for new projects and I found a new obsession…quilting! I had always thought of quilting as too difficult, but once I dove in, I realized that I could handle it and enjoy it! Quilting is like life…it is made of a lot of smaller blocks (or moments). As you piece them together into a myriad of designs, you are amazed by the endless possibilities.
The sun finally came out so I could get pictures of the two “fireside quilts” I made most recently. I envision relaxing evenings with my family and a cozy fire under these throws.
